Today, thousands of Metro Guard customers choose our packaged annual service programs because they are more comprehensive and often more cost-effective than treating each pest issue separately as it appears.
Our annual agreement programs provide a discounted, fixed-cost solution for many of the pests most commonly found in Texas homes.

Quarterly Service Included
Both our Standard Control and Control Plus programs include the same quarterly service schedule. These services are designed to protect your home inside and out with regular inspection, treatment, and preventative care.
- Complete interior and exterior inspection of the home or structure
- Thorough treatment of accessible baseboards, closets, plumbing areas, doorways, and attached garages
- Attic inspection for insects and rodents
- Treatment of covered rodent problems found in the attic
- Attic dusting to control existing attic insects and help prevent future insect activity such as spiders and silverfish
- Exterior perimeter treatment with a medium-pressure outdoor treatment or granular application extending 10–12 feet from the structure
- Treatment of doorways and most exterior fixtures
- Cobweb removal around exterior doorways
- Quarterly scheduled service visits
- Transferable if you move within our service area or if ownership changes
